Ingredients

- 1 package Puff Pastry or Phyllo Dough
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- A pinch of Salt
- Powdered Sugar for Dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry or phyllo dough and cut into 1-inch wide strips.
- Bake the strips until golden brown for 15–20 minutes, then let cool on a wire rack.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix sugar, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and salt in another bowl, then gently fold into the whipped cream.
- Fill the cooled pastry rolls with the cream mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the pastry and storing it in the fridge. For a chocolate version, add cocoa powder to the cream.
