- 2 slices Thick-Cut Artisan Sourdough Bread
- 1 cup Tender Short Rib, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup Creamy Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach, washed
- 1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the short rib: Slow-cook the short ribs in a broth until fork-tender and shred using meat shredder claws.
- Assemble the sandwich: Layer ricotta, spinach, short rib, and sun-dried tomatoes on one slice of sourdough.
- Top it off: Place the other slice of sourdough on top.
- Grill it right: Heat a skillet over medium and add butter or olive oil; grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve and enjoy: Slice diagonally and serve warm.
