- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 3 cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the shells gently and run them under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stuff each pasta shell generously with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce across the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over them.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese abundantly on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Customize with ingredients like sautéed spinach, mushrooms, or ground turkey for added flavor. Make-ahead and refrigerate for best results.
