Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Lay your tortilla or rice paper flat and spread the cream cheese mixture across it.
- Sprinkle graham cracker mixture over the cream cheese layer and add sliced strawberries.
- Roll tightly from one edge to secure the filling.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve chilled with desired toppings.
