Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Lay your tortilla or rice paper flat and spread the cream cheese mixture across it.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker mixture over the cream cheese layer and add sliced strawberries.
  5. Roll tightly from one edge to secure the filling.
  6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve chilled with desired toppings.
