- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Begin by placing rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, almond butter, chopped strawberries, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix these ingredients together thoroughly with a rubber spatula until evenly combined.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash of water or almond milk until it’s sticky enough to roll.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the rolled balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
