  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 23 tbsp water
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 small heads broccoli, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice: Start by cooking your rice according to package instructions.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken, and sear until golden brown (4-5 minutes).
  3. Make the Sticky Sauce: Whisk together sauce ingredients, pour over chicken, and thicken with arrowroot mixture.
  4. Steam the Broccoli: Steam broccoli until vibrant green and tender-crisp (about 4-5 minutes).
  5. Prepare the Spicy Mayo: Combine mayo, sriracha, and water to reach desired consistency.
  6. Assemble the Bowls: Serve rice topped with chicken, broccoli, spicy mayo, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
