Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
- Melt the butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
- Cook the shrimp: Toss in the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Simmer with wine: Pour in the white wine, sprinkle red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, gently tossing to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
