- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, beaten egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve the salmon balls warm with the avocado sauce drizzled on top, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
