- 12 oz Fettuccine or Penne pasta
- 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Fill a large pot with water, bring to a boil, and add salt. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.

- Craft the Sauce: Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in heavy cream and let thicken slightly.
- Combine Everything: Return chicken to the skillet, add drained pasta, and stir to coat with sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
- Finishing Touches: Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning and garnish with herbs.
