- 1 package Croissant Dough
- 1 cup Roasted Pistachios, salted
- 1 cup Pistachio Cream
- ½ cup Pistachio Sauce
- Powdered Sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and even, then cut it into triangles.
- Place a dollop of pistachio cream at the base of each triangle.
- Roll the triangles from the base to the tip, tucking the point underneath.
- Arrange the formed croissants on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then drizzle with pistachio sauce and sprinkle with crushed nuts before serving warm.
Notes
For best results, serve fresh. You can prepare the pistachio cream in advance and shape the croissants the night before for an easy breakfast.
