Instructions

- Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- Whisk in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Incorporate the eggs and egg yolks, mixing until the mixture is rich and velvety.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, flour, ground pistachios, and salt until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm and the centers are soft.
- Cool for a minute before inverting onto plates and garnish with chopped pistachios.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
