A delightful pork tenderloin grilled to perfection, seasoned with cracked peppercorns and drizzled with a rich herb butter.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and crushed black peppercorns.
- Rub the pork with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the tenderloin for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- While the pork grills, melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in finely chopped herbs and minced garlic.
- Once done, allow the pork to rest for a few minutes.
- Slice into medallions and drizzle the herb butter over each slice before serving.
Notes
Make herb butter in advance and refrigerate for added convenience. Adjust seasoning to taste.
