Description

A delightful pork tenderloin grilled to perfection, seasoned with cracked peppercorns and drizzled with a rich herb butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and crushed black peppercorns.
  3. Rub the pork with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the tenderloin for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. While the pork grills, melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in finely chopped herbs and minced garlic.
  6. Once done, allow the pork to rest for a few minutes.
  7. Slice into medallions and drizzle the herb butter over each slice before serving.

Notes

Make herb butter in advance and refrigerate for added convenience. Adjust seasoning to taste.
