Ingredients

- 8 oz Feta Cheese, cut into pieces
- 1 package Phyllo Dough, thawed
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the phyllo dough by cutting it into rectangles of about 4×6 inches, covering unused sheets with a damp towel.
- Add a generous piece of feta cheese to the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the phyllo over the cheese, tucking in the edges.
- Brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sweet chili sauce and honey for drizzling.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked rolls and serve.
Notes
Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying out. Customize filling with herbs for added flavor.
