Description

Crispy oven-fried feta rolls with a creamy filling, perfect for appetizers or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta Cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 package Phyllo Dough, thawed
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the phyllo dough by cutting it into rectangles of about 4×6 inches, covering unused sheets with a damp towel.
  3. Add a generous piece of feta cheese to the center of each rectangle.
  4. Fold the phyllo over the cheese, tucking in the edges.
  5. Brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix sweet chili sauce and honey for drizzling.
  8. Drizzle the sauce over the baked rolls and serve.

Notes

Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel while working to prevent drying out. Customize filling with herbs for added flavor.
