A comforting and effortless one-pan meal featuring kielbasa, vibrant veggies, and a sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for family gatherings or busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Kielbasa
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions
Instructions
- Preparation: Begin with a clean workspace and gather all your ingredients. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, ensuring even cooking.
- Searing: In your large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil shimmers, add the kielbasa slices in a single layer, allowing them to sear for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Combining: Add in the minced garlic, stirring gently to combine with the kielbasa. After a minute, pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to coat the kielbasa evenly.
- Adding: Toss in the bell peppers, baby carrots, and potatoes. Stir everything together, making sure the veggies are coated in the sweet sauce.
- Cooking: Cover the skillet with a lid and let everything simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir gently every few minutes, ensuring even cooking.
- Finishing: Once the vegetables are fork-tender, remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley or green onions.
Notes
Prep veggies and kielbasa in advance for quicker cooking. This dish can be made in an air fryer or oven as well. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper roasting.
