  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Additional lemon zest for garnish
  • Pasta, rice, or potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the Chicken: Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken.
  3. Heat Your Skillet: Preheat a large, oven-safe pan over medium-high heat and drizzle in avocado oil.
  4. Sear the Chicken: Place the chicken skin-side down into the hot skillet and cook until golden.
  5. Rest the Chicken: Transfer the chicken to a clean tray and set aside.
  6. Craft the Sauce: In the same skillet, add butter, shallots, and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
