- 10 to 15 spears of green asparagus (chopped)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Additional lemon zest for garnish
- Pasta, rice, or potatoes for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the Chicken: Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken.
- Heat Your Skillet: Preheat a large, oven-safe pan over medium-high heat and drizzle in avocado oil.
- Sear the Chicken: Place the chicken skin-side down into the hot skillet and cook until golden.
