Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Create the sauce base by melting butter in the skillet and sautéing minced garlic.
- Add Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes to the pan.
- Mix in chopped parsley and dill, if using.
- Simmer with chicken broth and lemon juice for a few minutes.
- Finish by stirring in heavy cream until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine the chicken with the sauce to soak in the flavors before serving.
Notes
