  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until the chicken is coated.
  4. Combine the sauce mixture with the cooked spaghetti in a spacious skillet over medium heat.
