- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until the chicken is coated.
- Combine the sauce mixture with the cooked spaghetti in a spacious skillet over medium heat.
- Stir frequently until everything is heated through.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions and remaining cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese melts.
