- 1 lb chicken tenders, trimmed and ready to cook

Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well mixed to form a marinade.
- Add the chicken tenders to the bowl, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or let marinate overnight.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat it with olive oil. Carefully lay the marinated chicken tenders in the pan without overcrowding.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and repeat. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Transfer the tenders to a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for maximum flavor. Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
