- 8 ounces white cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Bake until golden brown, usually around 20-25 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour until a paste forms, cooking for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in salt, ground white pepper, ranch seasoning, and a sprinkle of cayenne.
- Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes, then stir in shredded cheese until creamy.
- Pour the cheese sauce over your cooked fries and serve warm.
