- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over both halves.
- Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Scatter the chopped bell pepper, mushrooms, red onion, spinach, and black olives across the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bread.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
