- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Arrange the meatballs on a lined baking sheet, giving them space to brown.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Prepare the spicy mayo dip by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip.
