- 2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 Fresh peaches, diced
- 1 cup Peach glaze
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it generously with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Make the peach glaze by blending peaches and jalapenos in a saucepan, cooking over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Coat the cooked chicken thighs with the warm peach glaze and let sit for a couple of minutes.

Notes
