Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 Fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 cup Peach glaze
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by seasoning it generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Make the peach glaze by blending peaches and jalapenos in a saucepan, cooking over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Coat the cooked chicken thighs with the warm peach glaze and let sit for a couple of minutes.

Notes
