Instructions

  1. Cut halloumi into bite-size pieces.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge the halloumi pieces in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the breaded halloumi until golden on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and drizzle hot honey over the crispy bites.
