- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Hot Honey
- Oil for Frying
Instructions
- Cut halloumi into bite-size pieces.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the halloumi pieces in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded halloumi until golden on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drizzle hot honey over the crispy bites.
- Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For optimal crispiness, fry just before serving. You can experiment with different dipping sauces like tzatziki or sriracha mayonnaise.
