Instructions
- Sauté the Meat: Begin by heating your skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef or turkey to the pan, letting it brown delightfully. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring until fully cooked and fragrant.
- Lay the Tortilla: On a clean countertop, spread your large low-carb tortilla out flat.
- Layer the Fillings: In the center of your tortilla, place a generous scoop of the seasoned meat. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, followed by chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes. Add mashed avocado or a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the Edges: Gently fold the edges of the tortilla inward, wrapping them snugly around the filling.
