Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Layer the crispy shredded potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Follow with the cooked sausage, then pour the egg mixture over the layers.
- Sprinkle cheese on top to cover.
