- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Chop the vegetables: Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine in a large bowl: Toss the chopped vegetables with the rinsed chickpeas and crumbled feta cheese.
