  • 1 package potsticker wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well until fully combined.
  2. Prepare the wrappers: Take a potsticker wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center.
  3. Seal the deal: Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half to create a semi-circle, and pinch to seal.
