- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2–3 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- Salt to Taste
- Spring Onions for Garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions, drain, and set aside without rinsing.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
- Sauté the minced garlic and chopped chilies for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine the cooked noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of salt, stirring gently.
- Mix everything together until well coated.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve hot.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute regular noodles with rice noodles. Adjust spice level according to preference.
