Tender lamb ribs coated in a rich garlic butter herb mixture, roasted to crispy perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb ribs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the lamb ribs by coating them with the garlic herb mixture and marinating for at least 30 minutes.
- Sear the marinated ribs in olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the ribs for 25-30 minutes.
- Rest the ribs for 5 minutes after removing from oven before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, marinate ribs a day in advance. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
