Description

Tender lamb ribs coated in a rich garlic butter herb mixture, roasted to crispy perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lamb ribs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the lamb ribs by coating them with the garlic herb mixture and marinating for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Sear the marinated ribs in olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the ribs for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Rest the ribs for 5 minutes after removing from oven before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate ribs a day in advance. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
