Ingredients

- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded (rotisserie or leftovers)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded (divided)
- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup Cauliflower, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté onions and garlic in oil until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, broccoli, and cauliflower in a large bowl.
- Blend in cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheddar.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with a side salad.
Notes
Make-ahead option: Assemble and refrigerate overnight. Reheat in the oven before serving.
