Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 fresh lemons, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a zip-top bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Get your grill ready over medium-high heat.
- Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, place on the grill, and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken a day in advance. This recipe can also be adapted for an air fryer or oven.
