Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a zip-top bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Get your grill ready over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, place on the grill, and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
