Ingredients

- 8 oz Pasta (shells, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
- 1 cup Dill Pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped Onions or Celery
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and let it cool completely.
- Combine the cooled pasta, diced pickles, and fresh dill in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, prepare the salad a day in advance. Adjust ingredients to taste, and feel free to add protein.
