Description

A refreshing Dill Pickle Pasta Salad that combines creamy dressing with crunchy dill pickles for a nostalgic summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (shells, rotini, or elbow macaroni)
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped Onions or Celery

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, diced pickles, and fresh dill in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss to combine.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
