Instructions

  3. Fold cream into pistachio mixture: Gently add one-third of the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture, folding carefully until smooth.
  4. Spoon into cups: Scoop the mousse into serving cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120-180 minutes.
  6. Top and serve: Add whipped cream on top of each mousse cup and finish with chopped pistachios and chocolate shavings.
