- 1 cup pistachio paste
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Whip the cream: Start with a chilled mixing bowl. Pour in the heavy cream and beat with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix pistachio paste and sugar: In another bowl, combine the pistachio paste with sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold cream into pistachio mixture: Gently add one-third of the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture, folding carefully until smooth.
- Spoon into cups: Scoop the mousse into serving cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120-180 minutes.
- Top and serve: Add whipped cream on top of each mousse cup and finish with chopped pistachios and chocolate shavings.
