Instructions

- Beat together the softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes.

- Fold in the fresh raspberries gently using a spatula.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
