Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with liners.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Scoop the batter into each liner, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
Notes
Consider using an air fryer if you’re short on oven space. Store cupcakes in an airtight container for up to a week.
