Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Scoop the batter into each liner, filling them about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
