  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the broccoli: Steam or blanch broccoli florets in boiling water until just tender, approximately 2-3 minutes. Drain well.
  3. Combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
