- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare the broccoli: Steam or blanch broccoli florets in boiling water until just tender, approximately 2-3 minutes. Drain well.
- Combine the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with the additional cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can assemble the casserole the day before and refrigerate. Use an air fryer at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes for a crispy finish.
