Instructions

  1. Cook the Gnocchi in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions, roughly 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce by combining the heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese in the same pot over medium heat. Stir continuously until smooth.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken and cooked gnocchi with the sauce, gently folding to ensure everything is coated.
  4. Season to perfection with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.

Notes
