Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl. Mix gently until incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add meatballs, searing until golden brown on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently.
- Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm, drizzled with sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
