  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the cinnamon roll dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla and sour cream until combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough in the pan.
  7. Swirl in the cinnamon sugar and honey throughout the mixture.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
