- 2 cups cinnamon roll dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the cinnamon roll dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla and sour cream until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the dough in the pan.
- Swirl in the cinnamon sugar and honey throughout the mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
