Instructions
- Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
- Marinate the shrimp by adding them to the bowl and tossing to coat; let rest for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the shrimp in a heated skillet or grill pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
