Instructions
- Craft the Crust: Begin by crushing the Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- Combine the Chocolate Layer ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend 6 oz cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, sour cream, and melted chocolate until smooth. Pour over the crust.
- Beat the Peanut Butter Layer ingredients: In another bowl, combine 10 oz cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter and mix until creamy. Add in sour cream and vanilla if using. Pour over the chocolate layer.
- Whisk the Whipped Cream: Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
