  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Craft the Crust: Begin by crushing the Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Combine the Chocolate Layer ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend 6 oz cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, sour cream, and melted chocolate until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  3. Beat the Peanut Butter Layer ingredients: In another bowl, combine 10 oz cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter and mix until creamy. Add in sour cream and vanilla if using. Pour over the chocolate layer.
  4. Whisk the Whipped Cream: Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
