- Form the log: Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seams to seal.
- Twist and place: Cut the log in half lengthwise, revealing the layers. Twist the two halves together and carefully place them in a greased loaf pan.
- Final rise: Cover the loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
