- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the chopped parsley, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
- Gradually stir in the olive oil and red wine vinegar until well integrated.
- Taste the chimichurri and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Allow the chimichurri to rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chimichurri can be made a day in advance for better flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
