Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  5. Stir in gochujang paste and soy sauce; mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes

Marinate the chicken in gochujang and soy sauce a few hours before to intensify flavors. Can be prepared in an air fryer or oven.
