- 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in gochujang paste and soy sauce; mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
Marinate the chicken in gochujang and soy sauce a few hours before to intensify flavors. Can be prepared in an air fryer or oven.
