  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (or Greek Yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add ground chicken, break it up, and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Season it Up: Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir to combine, allowing the flavors to meld for a few minutes.
  3. Wrap It Up: Take a wonton wrapper and place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold diagonally, and press to seal tightly.
  4. Fry to Perfection: Heat oil in your skillet, and once hot, add the wontons carefully. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes, flipping to ensure even cooking.
  5. Drain and Cool: Remove them from the skillet and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Assemble Your Tacos: Lay the crispy wontons flat and fill them with your choice of veggies, drizzle with your sauce, and garnish with cilantro or any herb you desire.
