Ingredients

  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, season lightly with salt and pepper, and allow them to caramelize, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Shape the ground beef into four equal patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side. During the last minute, add cheese slices on top to melt.
