Description

Decadent mini cheesecakes with a rich brownie base, creamy cheesecake filling, and a glossy chocolate ganache topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Add in the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in each cup, filling to about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  8. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the ganache over the cooled cheesecakes.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
