- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1 package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add in the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in each cup, filling to about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering and pour over chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the ganache over the cooled cheesecakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
