  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken with black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat.
  4. Stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
