- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a vegetarian option.
