Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil water in a large pot with a pinch of salt; cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Sear the Beef: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat; add beef strips, cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics and Vegetables: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed; stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine it All: Return beef to the pan, pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to coat evenly.
- Add the Pasta: Fold in cooked pasta; toss until heated through, and add reserved pasta water if needed.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat; sprinkle with green onions and red pepper flakes if desired; serve hot.
