Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, scoop in 1 cup of sour cream.
  2. Add 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
  3. Introduce 1 cup of shredded coconut.
  4. Carefully drain and add 1 can (15 oz) of mandarin oranges followed by 1 can (20 oz) of crushed pineapple.
  5. Toss in 1 cup of seedless grapes, halved.
  6. Gently fold all ingredients together using the spatula.
  7. Place the ambrosia salad in the refrigerator and chill for at least an hour before serving.
