- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, scoop in 1 cup of sour cream.
- Add 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Introduce 1 cup of shredded coconut.
- Carefully drain and add 1 can (15 oz) of mandarin oranges followed by 1 can (20 oz) of crushed pineapple.
- Toss in 1 cup of seedless grapes, halved.
- Gently fold all ingredients together using the spatula.
- Place the ambrosia salad in the refrigerator and chill for at least an hour before serving.
